Refund Policy for Prayas Competitive Center

At Prayas Competitive Center, we operate with transparency and fairness to ensure that all refunds are processed in an equitable manner. By enrolling in our institution, you agree to the terms outlined in this refund policy. This policy is designed to address situations where a student expresses their intention to withdraw from the classroom or discontinue their admission.

General Guidelines

Registration Fee:

• A one-time registration fee of Rs. 50/- is collected during the admission process.
• This registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Monthly Fee:

• We collect fees on a monthly basis in advance.
• If a student is dissatisfied with our teaching methods, the fee will be refunded as per the conditions mentioned below, after deducting the registration fee.

Refund Policy

Refund Within One Week of Admission:

• The registration fee of Rs. 50/- is non-refundable.
• 100% of the paid amount will be refunded after deducting the registration fee.

Refund Within 15 Days of Admission:

• The registration fee of Rs. 50/- is non-refundable.
• 85% of the paid amount will be refunded after deducting the registration fee.

Refund After One Month of Admission:

• No refund will be provided after one month of the admission process.

Procedure for Refund

To initiate a refund, the student must send an email to [email protected] stating the reason for seeking a refund. The date of the email will be considered for calculating the refund amount. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

By enrolling in our courses, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this refund policy. Prayas Competitive Center reserves the right to amend or modify this policy at its sole discretion without prior notice. Any disputes arising from this policy will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Aurangabad, Bihar.
